The South Korea Express Visa service shortens the processing time of application to two (2) business days.
Those who are interested to expedite their application must submit an accomplished Express Visa Processing Application form along with the standard set of requirements.
This fast-tracked option is only available to those who will get a South Korea temporary visitor’s visa, i.e. tourist or business visa.
The South Korea Express Visa service was implemented by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of the Philippines on November 2018.

Effective August 22, 2019, the South Korea visa processing period for Filipino tourists (as well as others covered by the C-3 category) will increase from seven (7) business days to ten (10) business days. This applies to both first-time and frequent travelers. You can find the official notice here.
South Korea Express Visa: Expedite Your Application
If you need to get a South Korea tourist or business visa in the shortest time possible, you may apply for the Express Visa service, which the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines has made available on November 12, 2018. Those who will apply for this rush option will have their Korean visa applications processed within two (2) working days (vs. the standard processing time of ten (10) business days for both frequent and first-time travelers). Expect to pay an additional fee of ₱1,000 (or $20) for the expedited processing.
How to Apply for the South Korea Express Visa
If you’re in a rush, simply follow these steps to get your Korean visa application expedited:
Prepare the standard set of requirements.
Download and accomplish the Application Form for Express Visa Processing.
Note that this is different from the South Korea visa application form from #1.

Include this form in your set of requirements. The Express Visa Application Form should be submitted at the time of visa application.
Submit all the paperwork to your chosen designated travel agency.

Applicants based in Cebu may do a walk-in application, though the Embassy did not make clear if the Consulate has the Express Visa option.
Make sure to hand in your payment of ₱1,000 (or $20) for the Express Visa service. (This is on top of the payment for the travel agency.)
Philippine passport holders who intend to stay in Korea for 60-90 days must also prepare ₱2,000 for the Korean visa fee. However, if you’ll travel to Korea for 59 days or less, you will not have to pay any visa fees. (Yep, it’s free!)
